I am all about the coupons. That is the best part about the sunday paper. =) Yes, I would use retailmenot and bugmenot I like saving money. I have a coupon for just about everything I buy and I share them with my friends. This would be something I would share with my friends that do coupons and like savings. With the bugmenot just because of the by passing of registration to get the codes. Emily Iam glad you use this as apart of our challange.

Challenge 7

Well I sign up for 2 choices out of the Dear Reader Book Club. I chose Teen and Non-fiction. The teen book was "Freak" by Marcella Pixley and the non-fiction was "Merle's Dook" by Ted Kerasote. I really like what I read of the previews. The best part it was sent to my email. Now I can tell patrons about this service we offer at the library.

The author I chose was Nicholas Sparks and James Patterson because I always look them up for patrons that want to know what new book they have out. They both have web sites www.jamespatterson.com and www.nicholassparks.com . I used the author yellow pages and I also use novalist. The yellow pages is very easy to use but as you said it doesn't have everybody. I also tried one of my favorite one which was T.D. Jakes but he wasn't listed. But I went thur google and can find all kinds of different sites.. I will use the Author yellow pages again to see if they have information on other author. Yes, I would recomend this to patron to use to find out different information they may be interested in. With James Patterson you can sign up to have a newsletter sent to you .

I really like the playaways, they are pretty cool I have listened to 2 already. I listen to Lucas: a story of love and hate. and I also did a Non-fiction one. Now I am ready for another one. I like them because you can put them in your pocket and go. The only thing I didnt like was the voice of the man who told the story. I have told alot patrons about playaways and I have them ordering them now to....

This is great!! I really like the Pandora site. I choose Gospel. I like all the choices they chose for me it just kept getting better. I even signed up so I plan on listen to this all the time and make it one of my favorites..... Thanks Emily for the great info....

The two sources you chosen could be very helpful .
I chose" Breast Cancer" as my topic because it is Breast Awareness month.

It was most helpful and very informed with everything from treatment, symptoms, stages and etc. You could get alot of useful information in doing a report.

This was a good site but not as helpful as the first one. But it still have good information that you do a report on.

Just not enough information they were very breif.

Challange 2

I think the first 2 sites were well informed and I would tell other patrons if they were into politics with what is going on now with the presidential election coming up. The one I least like was Google Labs it was alittle simple and very plain.
